Spark Your Heart is a celebration of women locally and nationally. Through guided facilitation people will share stories of women who have inspired them and identify what their sparks were. Then the group will identify what sparks they have that could inspire others and then pick one spark to make a commitment to.

« Éveille votre cœur » est une célébration des femmes au niveau local et national. En utilisant la facilitation guidée, les participantes partageront des histoires de femmes qui les ont inspirées et identifiées leurs « éclairs ». Ensuite, le groupe va identifier les éclairs qu’ils ont eux-mêmes qui pourraient inspirer les autres et choisir un éclair à s’engager par la suite.
