Our YWCA Day will include a look into the history of women’s mental health, a practical discussion and training which combines mental health training and supporting others with ways to care for yourself throughout this process. The event will end off with an art piece and will also include some work on a toolkit to allow the work to be taken into schools or other spaces.

Notre journée YWCA comprendra un historique de la santé mentale des femmes, une discussion pratique et une présentation combinant une formation en santé mentale et le soutien apporté aux autres par des moyens de prendre soin de soi tout au long de ce processus. L’événement se terminera par une œuvre d’art et inclura également du travail sur une boîte à outils permettant de transférer le travail dans des écoles ou d’autres espaces.
